Flaguiz Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Welcome to Flaguiz (“we”, “our”, “us”).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile game.

By using Flaguiz, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information only when you choose to create or log into an account:

Users can play Flaguiz without logging in (guest mode).

If you do not create or log in, we do not collect personal data such as email.

However, your game data will be stored locally on your device.

If you choose to connect with Google, we collect:

• Email Address – for account creation, login, and re-login (via Firebase Authentication services)
• Nickname (Username) – for identification. Your username may be used for multiplayer features, rankings, and leaderboards
• Game Data – progress, profile avatars, borders,backgrounds and banners

We generate two types of identifiers for your account:

• Internal User ID – a unique system-generated identifier used internally for account management and backend services. This ID is not visible to other users.
• Player ID – a unique user-facing identifier visible in your profile. This ID is visible only in your profile. The Player ID may be used to help users find friends and enable multiplayer features such as 1v1 battles.

All data is stored securely in Cloud Firestore and is not shared with third parties outside the app.

We do not collect sensitive personal data such as location, contacts, or financial information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Create and manage your account
• Enable login and re-login
• Save game progress and customization
• Support multiplayer features (such as 1v1 battles)
• Display rankings and leaderboards
• Improve gameplay experience

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services:

• Google Firebase (Authentication) – secure login
• Cloud firestore – data storage
• Firebase Analytics – anonymized usage data
• Google AdMob – to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to provide personalized or non-personalized ads.

These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

However, we may share limited data with trusted third-party services such as Google Firebase and Google AdMob to support app functionality, analytics and advertising.

6. Data Retention

We keep your data as long as your account exists.

If you delete your account, the following will be permanently deleted:

• ID
• Player ID
• Email
• Nickname
• Game Data

Will be permanently deleted from our system.

7. User Rights

You have the right to:

• Delete your account at any time
• Users can request account deletion through the app or via the account deletion page provided.

Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

8. Children’s Privacy

Flaguiz is not specifically targeted at children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you believe a child has provided data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your data.

However, no system is completely secure.

Add data is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (HTTPS)

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if required (for legal or platform requirements).

Any updates will be reflected here.

11. Intellectual Property

All artwork in Flaguiz, including flags and world map designs, are original creations by our design team.

12. Guest Mode

Users may play Flaguiz without creating an account.

Data is only collected if the user chooses to register or log in.

13. In-App Purchases

Flaguiz offers optional in-app purchases, such as virtual coins:

• Purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store
• We do not collect or store your payment information
• Google may handle billing and transaction data according to its policies
