Terms & Conditions for Flaguiz

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Flaguiz, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Flaguiz is a quiz-based mobile game that allows users to:

• Play quiz games
• Compete in 1v1 multiplayer battles
• Use Usernames for identification
• View rankings and leaderboards
• Customize profiles (avatars, borders,banners and backgrounds)

3. User Accounts

You may use Flaguiz without creating an account (guest mode).

Creating or logging in with Google allows you to save your game progress and access it across devices. Your login credentials are stored securely and used only for account management.

Creating or logging in with Google is only to store your game progress and data with your account.

If you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your login details secure
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Each user is assigned:

• A Player ID - visible within the app and used for identification.
• An Internal User ID - used for system and backend purposes only and not visiable to other users.
• This ID may be used to connect with firiends and enable multiplayer features such as 1v1 battles.
• If such as features are introduced, by using them you agree to share your Player ID within the app for this purpose.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames
• Harass or abuse other players
• Attempt to cheat, hack, or exploit the game
• Disrupt multiplayer gameplay

We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

5. Multiplayer & Rankings

Multiplayer(Battle) is 1v1 feature.

Username may be visible to other players during battles and rankings.

Rankings will be based on gameplay performance

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free multiplayer service

6. Advertisements

Flaguiz uses advertising services (such as Google AdMob).

By using the app, you agree that:

• Ads may be shown during gameplay
• Some ads may be personalized

7. Intellectual Property

All content in Flaguiz, including:

• Game design
• Artwork (flags, maps, UI)
• Logos and features

are owned by the developers.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of Flaguiz is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse the app
• Engage in harmful behavior

You may also delete your account at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flaguiz and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms if needed (for legal or platform requirements).

Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Guest Mode

Users may play Flaguiz without creating an account.

To save your data and your game progress, you may need to log in with google.

13. In-App Purchases

Flaguiz offers optional in-app purchases (such as coins):

• All purchases are processed through Google Play
• Prices may change at any time
• Purchases are non-refundable, except as required by Google Play policies
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged outside the app
